Gather Releases Case Study
April 7, 2021
BOISE, Idaho — Gather, an innovative funeral home software company dedicated to helping funeral directors and families, is excited to announce the release of a new feature that has been highly requested by funeral directors all across the nation as a way to make Gather even more powerful.
Gather Rolodex is fully-integrated allowing funeral homes to keep track of all their important suppliers, partners, contacts, cases, and helpers all in one shareable space. Rolodex will not only keep track of the people funeral directors work with every day like florists, hospitals, and suppliers but will also automatically include all previous cases and helpers that they have worked with historically. With Rolodex, funeral directors will now have access to all their connections and contacts in one easy-to-use, searchable interface that is available everywhere throughout the Gather platform and on any device.
Rolodex is designed to save funeral directors time by offering access to the exact information they need in just a few clicks. Access to information like finding a doctor for the death certificate or finding the helpers on a previous case is now readily available and easily accessible, saving funeral directors valuable time.
Gather Founder and CEO Zach Chatterton reflects on the inspiration behind the company’s new Rolodex feature “Everything we build is to help funeral directors and our new Rolodex feature is no different. This feature will increase your team efficiency and help keep everyone on the same page. Each organization you add to the Rolodex can contain notes and you can even upload documents to each entry so the whole team is on the same page. Our team is racing around the clock to build new and innovative features that can help you, your team, and your families. Our new Rolodex feature is just one of many updates Gather has been working on.”
